i showed up for an appointment I made the stylist wasn't there , they didnt even try to accommodate me ,poor customer service and the owner is full of her self .

I followed my stylist Lisa to Envy, and I've been very happy there. The salon itself is beautiful, and all the hair stylists' stations are divided up so it's like your own little space. The receptionists are friendly (not stuck up at all) and it's very easy to make an appointment - no waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Many times, the owner herself is at the desk or walking around to make sure everyone is having a good experience. Plus, I love Lisa! I would follow her anywhere, although I sure would miss Envy if she left.

I recently went to Envy to get my hair colored and cut. it was my first time in and loved it! the color was dead on and the cut is perfect! exactly what i asked for!! the salon was welcoming from the first step in the door! everything was neat and clean. the atmosphere of the salon was relaxing and there was not one frowning face in the place! i can say i will be back and i will recommend it to everyone i talk to!
